What we collect
When you use our suburb check or contact us, we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email address, website, postcode, business type and campaign preferences. We also record how you found us, such as the ad or website that sent you, and general website usage through analytics and advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To prepare your campaign plan and contact you about it
- To book, deliver and report on campaigns you buy
- To send you offers about screens near you, which you can opt out of at any time
- To measure and improve our advertising and website
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with screen owners to book your campaign, and with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, CRM, payments and analytics. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta to understand how people use the site and to show our ads to relevant businesses. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@parallaxm.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
